- We are only responsible for the advertised points range / gift card balance and correct login details.
- Failure to follow “How to use” Instructions under product invalidates your warranty.
- Do not change the password or any or other settings. If you have any issues please contact us.
- If you leave negative feedback before contacting us you won't get a replacement.
- No refunds allowed, instead we will offer you store credits to choose something else from shop at your choice.
- Any suspicious act against us, such as requesting a replacement without having had any problems, will result in the user being blacklisted.
